科研成果:
一、主要研究內容
主要從事水產品品質調控與鑒定研究,圍繞水產品食品安全、品質提升、高品質種質創制開展工作。形成了以下三個研究方向:
1. 監測水產品風險物質,挖掘其抗積累分子靶標并闡明機制;
2. 研發水產品品質提升的關鍵技術,開發基于品質鑒定的精準甄別技術;
3. 挖掘特征品質相關分子靶標,發掘及創制高品質水產品新種質。
